Sign up and get full access for 7 days at no charge. Cancel before Day 7 and you won't be charged a penny. After 7 days, your annual membership kicks in at €29 — that's €2.40 a month for the whole community layer.
A 12-week outdoor training programme coached in person by a licensed rugby trainer. Three sessions per week, progressively structured. Nutrition framework, breathwork, and Stoic reading list included. Small cohorts — maximum 20 men. No gym. No equipment.
When you start an RF75 challenge in the Clubhouse, you're matched with 3 other men at the same starting point.
